Q: Do I have to be home when you pick up and drop off my dog?
A: We require that we meet the pet owners at the first visit. Afterwards, it is not necessary for you to be at home. Q: Do you only accept well-trained dogs? A: No, but your dog must have some experience walking on a leash. If you pet requires additional training we are happy to accommodate you. Q: How much distance is covered during walks? A: Each walk lasts for 1 hour and depending on the age and fitness level of your pet, a walk can cover between 2-4 miles. Q: How many dogs are generally walked in a group? A: Between two to five dogs. Q: What do you do if my dog does not get along with another dog? A: We do our best to keep a happy and fun pack on our walks but if we find that some dogs simply do not get alone with each other, we will separate them and put them in separate groups. Q: If it is raining or really cold, do you still go out? A: Yes, rain or shine. Q: Can I cancel my appointment? A: As a courtesy we ask you cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. |
